Relationships are directed links between two contacts or two companies. The relationship type's forward text reads from the source to the destination, and its reverse text reads back the other way.
In this list, source and destination hold either contacts or companies. The relationship details use separate source_contact, destination_contact, source_company and destination_company attributes instead.
Relationships also appear on the records they link: in a contact's contacts list or a company's companies list, with the relationship type and a direction of forward or reverse.
