Returns the names of the account's regions as an array of strings, sorted by name. Inactive regions are included; trashed ones aren't.

To see whether a region is active, get it by name with Region.

Regions can't be created, edited or deleted through this endpoint. On a company, region holds the name as a string; setting it to a name that doesn't exist yet creates a new region.
