Sets the binary content of the file attachment. May only be called once and then contents can't be modified.

Uploads the file's content. Send the raw bytes of the file as the request body, not JSON or form data. To try it on this page, choose the file in RAW_BODY below and set content-type to the file's type.

--data-binary @proposal.pdfA successful upload returns 200 OK with {"result":"ok"}. The file's size is set from the upload, and is_uploaded becomes true.
Content can only be uploaded once. Uploading again returns 409 Conflict with {"error":"already_uploaded"}. To replace a file, create a new one.
