Returns the email's body as text/html. The response has an ETag and can be cached for up to a year, since a body never changes once set. Send the ETag back in If-None-Match to get 304 Not Modified.

If the email doesn't exist, or has no body, the response is 404 with {"error":"email_not_found"}.
